We use Italian beech wood coming from Cansiglio Forest, manufactured with craft techniques and treated for alimentary use. In the past, the trees from this woodland were used for the realization of boats oars for ancient Republic of Venice. Today, beech wood from Cansiglio Forest is shaped in an outstanding cutting board.

The project is completely italian in all working phases. Moreover, it's a "Kilometer Zero" product, Cansiglio Forest is only few kilometers far from our headquarter.

We commit  ourselves to give even more concrete answers concerning sustainable forest management and traceability of an Italian certified product.
